She is adorable!  The portrait itself looks great, but the white vignette doesn't really do much for me.

Vignette aside it is lacking contrast. Neither low key nor high. Potentially a really nice image but you need to raise the brightness on the subject.

Stamper's right. The steps in ACR to correct the problem: (1) White point, slightly clipped. (2) Black point slightly clipped in the depth of the shadows. (3) Enough clarity to clarify detail in the mid-tones. In this particular shot, probably very little clarity is called for; maybe none, maybe even negative clarity. If you have Nik's Viveza you can make some final local tone adjustments that'll improve the shot; a much better alternative than the contrast slider.
