printing museo 13x40 pano paper on 2400
« on: October 06, 2010, 04:19:52 pm »

hello,
Looking for some help printing museo cotton 13x40 pano sheet paper on epson 2400. 365weight.

I'm trying to first profile 8.5x11 cut sheets loading from the front.
I can get the paper to feed in but when i print from colormunki it tells me the paper source is incorrect. i've tried just printing from LR and still the same error.

my settings are as follows:

1. manual-roll  (tried sheet paper selection still doesn't work)
2. enhanced matte paper ( recommended by crane)
3. no color correction
4. Best photo
5. expansion setting - thick paper selected

thanks for any help.
Owen

Instead of using the front slot (that's for thick, stiffer media) use either the main sheet slot on top. Museo recommends this on their "museo pan paper set-up' pdf or use the "Single Sheet" slot. It's on top behind the main sheet slot. Install the "Feeder" at the back if you haven't already.
The deal with this rear slot is learning how to apply the right amount of pressure to the sheet as you get it to grab. Finicky enough with !9 inch paper. With 40 inch I imagine trickier.

 Hope that helps

  Cheers,
