Hi, we have an Epson 9900 (just out of warranty) and have recently had a blocked green nozzle, where we have lost two and a half bars on the nozzle check. We have executed both the normal clean and deep clean, but still the problem occurs. We have called in a local technician, who pulled the printer apart, scratched his head and anounced that we needed to replace the print head. We are not happy about this diagnosis (the printer is only 18 months old) and are wondering - has anyone else had a similar problem? Is it the printhead? Or is the tech lost for answers?
