Stunning shot.  I love how there are no blow outs in the water...a difficult feat to say the least.  I also am enjoying the soft colours of the sky.  Just lovely.

Nice picture - softness works for this type of image.

There is no middle distance in this picture... I have a 10m tripod, but it is not aircraft carry-on size, and not ideal for back-packing, but a higher view-point might have opened up the middle distance and given a greater sense of depth, but you might have lost the foreground.

I'm usually not a fan of 'white milky water', but in these images, combined with the soft colours of the sky, the effect is quite beautiful and portrays such a gentle softness which belies the power of the underlying waterfall. Again, an interesting juxtaposition of contradictions.
