Alan I have never been able to see Museo line of matte.  Do you know how your textured rag compares with Hahnemuhle's German and/or Museum etching please?
I really cannot remember.  I purchased a Hahnemuhle sample pack about two years ago to do some paper testing but preferred the William Turner to the other two.  I did not save the test samples.  If you live in the US, you should be able to have Shades of Paper make up a sample package for you of the three papers.  They charge a nominal amount for a pack of five sheets.

Thanks Alan but I am in Ireland.  I'll keep to good old Germania I think.  Just would be nice to hear some peoples' experiences if they have any that's all.
