Yes, based on my experimentation I backed off the amount and detail sliders and boosted the Luminance noise reduction-then saved that as a preset. This got rid of that orange peel effect but produced a nice sharpening. In all honesty I doubt that my clients could see the difference-but my standards are my standards and those initial results were unacceptable. The settings also seem to require significantly different settings based on minimally different ISO settings. Even 200 ISO vs. 400 required somewhat different settings. I don't think posting my settings would make much sense as they are camera, ISO, output and taste specific.
