Just made a post in the For Sale section, and instead of an 8(eight), got a $:-\$ . OS 10.6.5/2009 Intel Mini/wireless keyboard.

Just made a post in the For Sale section, and instead of an 8(eight), got a :-\ . OS 10.6.5/2009 Intel Mini/wireless keyboard.

An 8 followed by a right paren, like "8)," gets converted to a smiley unless you click "additional options" and check "don't use smileys."
