non-raw files resizing in LR3 Print Module
« on: August 19, 2010, 10:57:11 am »

Dear All,
this is my first entry in LL forum. This forum has always been such a great source of information to me that now I'm a little scared to write a specific question of my own :)

Well, this is my question: let's presume I want to print a .psd from LR3; am I safe to resize the .psd in LR3 print module, or do I need to set the size in PS?

To put it in a slightly different perspective, let's say that I created a .psd file out of a raw master file without doing any modification in PS, just hitting Edit in PS from Lightroom and then hit save in PS. If I process both images (the .psd and the master) through LR3 print module applying the exact same options (same output sharpening, same print size and so on) will I get two prints 100% identical to each other?

Thank for any help you could provide.

Best regards,
Luca
