WTB : Looking for Ixpress to Mamiya 645 PRO adapter

I am looking for an Ixpress digital back to Mamiya 645 PRO adapter.

please let me know :
- the condition of the item, and
- your intended selling price for immediate purchase.

Item should be fully functional, cosmetic wear & tear is acceptable.
I am using a Mamiya 645 PRO-TL camera body.

Hi. This is Jordi, from Spain.
If you are still loocking gor the Ixpress-mamiya adapter, I've just bought one and -my mistake- I can't use it on my Mamiya because I thought to use  my H1D digital back (which is an Imacon 132c electronically but not mechanically) and they ara non-compatible, then the adapter is useless for me.
Is absolutelly new, just opened the box. It comes with screwdriver, screws, manual and view mask.
