Problem with images

I hope someone can help, with a couple of different cards (but same brand, Kingston Elite Pro) CF cards i've got home from a shoot and had one or two images which have come out like this.

Any ideas?

I've had this happen a couple times.  My guess is a write error to the card.  Perhaps something interrupted the write from the camera to the card.  Perhaps a bad sector on the card.
