The world is a big place, mamiya-usa.com is the exception when it comes to mamiyas online presence.

Check any of their other sites, the vast majority of them have not been updated in years.

As for mamiya.co.jp, it was last updated in April 2006, it lists the ZD & ZD SLR as 'NEW' and 'DIGITAL REDIFINED', perhaps the ZD is still for sale in Japan?

They would be better off adopting ArcaSwiss' approach to web marketing

Yes Aaron, I know it is.

Retracted - all of it.

I don't have URL's for all the various Mamiya websites - didn't check the dk site, etc., so my bad. Yes, the situation with all the various websites is not a positive and I hope that what I have been told about consolidation will come to fruition shortly. I understand the frustration. So please take any comments I have posted regarding discontinuation as only applying to the USA at this point. Given the multitude of Mamiya websites and distribution agreements, I'm not going to comment further.

My hope is that someone from Mamiya will provide more clarification.

They are consolidating/updating their varying wep pages at the moment and I would expect soon that the broken links you pointed to (accessories) will be fixed and the international website situation will be greatly improved.

Also note that some of the variation in product availability (especially of the film line) is due to import restrictions of any given country. Some of the camera designs use metals or processes which do not meet some countries particularly strict/conservative environmental/manufacturing laws.

Suffice it to say in summary to this thread:
- Mamiya's web presence for some international regions is disorganized/poor but Mamiya is aware of this and is working to improve it in the mid-term.
- No products have been recently discontinued

Now if they would crossbreed the RZ with the 7 II ...... I'd not bother if they give up the Press/Universal .... Ooops ... erm ... (coughs)
