IT Supplies  http://www.itsupplies.com

Free shipping. Mine get here the next day or the day after that. And the last price I paid was $90 for z3100 twin packs, with free shipping. They had a 10% off sale - may or may not still be going on. I loaded up.

I get my Canon iPF5100 ink from Shades of Paper (www.shadesofpaper.com) or Amazon (more expensive, but free 2-day shipping when I need it in a hurry). It's always worth calling/e-mailing SOP to see if the price on the web is the best they can do. For ink it often is, but it's still worth asking.

I print with a z2100 which uses the same inks... well most of the same inks as a z3200. I get my ink refills from Macro Enter, approximately $37 for a 16oz bottle. One of the best prices i've seen for pigmented inks. I have had no issues with color at all either.
