All eyes on me!

Here is a photograph I shot yesterday. Comments/critique welcome. For those into street-style photography, what would you say worked and what didn't in terms of composition.
I would have liked to have more of the father & baby in the frame, but couldn't reposition myself in time...
I chose B & W as the colors were very distracting, especially the grass and trees.
