This case is designed to carry 500 f/4 or 200-400 f4 lenses.
Including shoulder belt.
2. M330 Small multi-pouch.
This pouch can be attached to the above lens case.
3. An extra backpack harness to make the long lens case like a backpack.

The 1DmkII can be put in the pouch M330 bag or attached to the lens and put in the long lens case. Then you can use the pouch to carry your TCs and a few small items.
The whole set has only be used a few times. The set is in very good, almost like new condition.
