What are the choices for an un-teathered digital back for the Rollei 6006?

hi Mike, as far as I know, no digital backs fit the 6006 cameras. You could buy a 6008i or a more recent model and use your older lenses.

Rollie 6006 Digital Back?

I think the issue is the film roller/film gate on the camera body.  This is removable on 6003, 6008 pro, 6008 integral, integral 2 and 6008AF bodies and allows the sensor chip to fit close.    The Sinar backs and ixpress backs will fit to most of the bodies listed and the phase backs can be fit to only the 6008AF bodies that have been updated to work with the phase backs since there are no cables for that combination.  All of the backs will shoot untethered but the ixpress backs shoot to an image bank (portable hard drive) instead of CF cards.

I should point you to Geoff Goldberg's add in the for sale section here for a 6008AF and phase p20 digital back.  For the price he's asking you probably will not find even a back alone and you'd be getting one of the best backs and the camera upgrade to the 6008AF at the same time!  (remember that with either sinar or ixpress backs you'll also need an adapter to fit the back and cables if needed. These are not cheap)
