Mac OS10.6, CS5 Prefs file

My wife's CS5 is acting strangely on her Mac.  When she duplicates an open file, and then goes to Window>Arrange>Tile, nothing happens.  She has to use Window>Arrange>Float All in Separate Windows, and then pull the files apart to view them side by side.  The only thing I could figure out was to try trashing her preferences file.  The Ctl+Alt+Shift combo, which does it on my PC, did not on her Mac.

What is the name of the Prefs file in CS5, and in what folder on her Mac would she find it?  Or, is there a different keyboard combo to get the Prefs file to self destruct?

Check in CS5 preferences under Interface / Open Documents as Tabs.

Reset the Preferences by holding down Shift + Option + Command (Mac OS) or Shift + Ctrl + Alt (Windows) immediately after you restart Photoshop. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete the Adobe Photoshop Settings File, and retry the function that caused the problem.
