Anyone know why the Nikkor 85mm PC-E tilts on a different axis placement than either the 24 or 45? The latter two have a tilt axis close to the rear element, thus the image does not change too much when tilting (they do move a bit due to the apparent offset of the pivot point). The 85, though, has it's tilt axis near the FRONT element, which means the rear element moves a great deal, requiring constant readjustments of the composition when tilting.
Can't find a single reference to this online.
