Cuteness factor aside, there's some good work there.  They certainly look like they're having fun, though!

Great shots, Ed!

Here are a couple I took recently. If by adding my shots to your thread I'm offending against etiquette, I apologise (and I'll remove them on request) but they seem to fit very nicely.

We've already got a Rocks thread and a Trees thread, so why not an Elephants thread?

Nice images, Ed and Jeremy.

Thanks, Eric. I feel we should give credit to Michael as well, then.

I'm not sure Michael would approve of an elephants thread.  To quote our estimable host:

"But, let's face it. Does the world really need another photograph of an elephant? Hundreds of thousands of very fine photographers have by now taken millions of really good photographs of these magnificent creatures. So other than the pleasure of doing ones own (which is reason enough), how does one find a way to say something different; something that others will enjoy seeing without the speech bubble appearing over their heads, saying – Oh no, not more elephants"

Mind you, although I yield to no-one in my admiration of Michael, I'm not sure I agree with him on this.  I spend an above average amount of time with elephants, and I never tire of them.  They really are the most human of all the animals.  Just try substituting the word "elephant" with "human" in the above paragraph... you get my point?

Anyway, WTF, here is another one.

Nice ones, Ed.

I think I pretty much agree with Michael on just about everything -- except for Elephants and Cats!
