Link to CS5 user lens profiles?
« on: May 11, 2010, 08:28:27 PM »

I've explored with no success the Adobe website and forums looking for the user area where people upload and download homebrew profiles for their lens and camera combinations.  Can somebody either provide a link, or direct me to the right area?

It's actually hardcoded into the Lens Corrections plug-in in CS5...there's a Search for Profiles button in the event it can't find them from within the provided profiles. There is no separate are where you can navigate via a web browser though...just inside the plug-in.

So how do you upload them, then? Does the plugin support that as well?

No, uploading them is a function of the free Adobe Lens Correction editor...it's a menu item after you've created a lens profile.

Makes sense. I downloaded the editor, but haven't installed it or taken a look at it yet.
