Hasselblad 39 upgrade

Got a call regarding an upgrade from a Hasselblad H3d1139 to H450. Doesn't seem like too big a leap in area. Primarily for studio and still-life which is usually downsized and landscape prints. Any thoughts or opinions would be great.

It all depends on how much detail and resolution you require for your work? I just upgraded to the H4D50 and it has in my opinion a better dynamic range then the 39 and of course a bit more resolution. It also perfroms better at high ISO ...... If you are happy with what you've got then stick with the 39 if you think you could do better go for the upgrade .

The improved focus in the H4 might make it worth it if you are working hand-held, but if you are using a tripod and live view, the upgrade might  not be worth much to you.

In a studio, the improvements in DR would probably be of much less benefit than they would be for e.g. landscape, when you do not have control over the lighting.

Thanks for the feedback.Will more likely wait for the next generation though it is interesting that DR has increased.
