Title says it all.

I'm curious to know if there is a big difference between the two in terms of image quality.

Haven't done a direct pixel level comparison, but I would expect the 60HR to at least produce slightly sharper images and hold up better at smaller apertures. I have a client using both and he has never complained about the difference.

But there is a big difference in image circles, 125mm on the 55mm vs 70mm on the 60mm. Typical of HR lenses. That he does complain about.

The HR lenses typically provide you with much greater sharpness/resolution at the expense of movement.  I have the 55 and can shift my P65+ an amazing amount with it.  It really comes down to which is more important to you... movement or sharpness.  Mind you, I have no issues with the 55's sharpness.
