Just back from glorious texas in spring bloom.  What an amazing workshop, had some Texan's to shoot with and capture the spring.  Decided it was so nice I would stay for awhile.  Tim

Wish I could have been there to capture it.  The one with the clouds you got that in one shot.  You didn't add the sky seems hard to believe that you keep coming up with these kinds of shots.  But I guess you are out there alot, so good things come to who waits and waits.  Just looks amazing.

Hope to see you at one of the Podus Phase classes.  Not sure which one I can go on.  JP

Love te third one with the fence Tim....the way the rails divide the colours and grouplings of the flowers. Just beautiful.

I thought I would add some more images to give anyone a really good look at what the spring in Texas is all about and what we saw in the workshop.

Everyone has this belief that Texas is dry and just flat and ugly but let me tell you in spring I would match this landscape to any spring.  But of course you really need to know where to go.  But living in California where we get a good bloom does not ever seem to compare to texas.  Field so large and colorful; its hard to imagine.  Enjoy Tim

May I ask what time of the day was #4 taken? I see a clear sky, and from the light at the clouds I would expect a hard sun, somewhere on the left; but the fence seems to have no shadow, and that puzzles me! Thanks.
