Adorable kid, but the shot feels a little unbalanced ... if that's the right word ... I feel drawn to the far eye and the leading shoulder and I can't help but wonder why she isn't looking at me.

Don't get me wrong - it is a shot that any mom or grandma is gonna love ... but you posted it in critiques, so ...

I like it!  My only real complaint is that the light and processing seems really hard for what in my my mind should be a softer look.I think I'd clone out the left hand/arm.. doesn't need to be there and being the only OOF part of the image..
