Can't open .fff files Need Help!

I got RAW files which scan by imacon scanner in .fff format from client.

I am using Mac.
First I double click files and it automatic open files in photoshop.
I don't like the color tone. So I closed the file and reopen again by using Flexcolor 4.8.10
I open directly from my client HD.

Now the file can't be open by Flexcolor anymore. I open the scratchpad in Flexcolor.
I saw all other files but this file was skipped no icon or name show in scratchpad.

Could someone help me please?

Have you actually copied the FFF to the Scratchpad folder?

Yes, I did. First I chose the directory file which is on external HD.
It did not work. So I copied this file to Scratchpad folder. Still didn't work.

This is strange because when I choose the external HD which has others .fff files which I did not open in PS.
I could see all these files.
It is like when I open this file in PS. PS modify something with the .fff files.
Then Flexcolor could not read it.

Have you tried to open those modified files in Phocus instead of FlexColor?

I think I have read something about this...

Thanks for the suggestion.
Phocus does not see this file same as Flexcolor.
I have contacted Shriro (Thailand) but no reply yet.
