Getting i1 display to work
« on: March 24, 2010, 07:28:47 pm »

I've used this for ages on my old computer and when I tried to get it to work on my new Win7 machine, it didn't work. Found new drivers and installed them and Windows says that it's working right. But when I load i1 Match it says device not found. Going only slightly crazy. Any advice welcome.

Thanks,

Marc

Look in Control Panel>Devices & Printers.  My Eye-1 comes up in the bottom row.  If yours isn't there, try clicking on Add a Device, and plug and unplug it. Also, I had trouble using it from a hub but not from a direct USB port.
