I've just finished scanning my 6x9 negatives from 20 years ago before I had my long photographic hiatus which now came to an end.
This is one of the results
c&c welcome

Such a fine image! Rock, mountains, cold blanketing all....inside of the earth turned up and outward for all to see, anatomy revealed, yet breathing, long deep yin breath inward and long full yang exhaling...so alive, so animate...wonderful...I could have stayed on that spot all day and into the night listening ...earth's heartbeat....wonderful... Pat

I have to agree, a wonderful composition and the BW really brings out all the tonal nuances.

Thank you for your kind words.
Since you encouraged me so much I felt to upload these two for you from the same trip.

I love the Bernese Alps.  You're making me want to go back there soon!  Very good photos.  You've captured the essence of the high Alps.

These are all wonderful, just the right amount of drama without being over the top.  Well done.

I think that one's the best one yet.  Good composition, great cloud, icy-looking ice!
