I'm using CED Pro v1.52r032 with an EIZO CG211 on a MacBook Pro and an EyeOne Pro spectro......with no problems. The CG211 is obviously a secondary monitor on my system.
Forgive me if I'm stating the obvious but....
* Have you chosen the EIZO CG/CE driver under the monitor settings in CED? Did you check "Utilize Digital Controls"?
* Also, I've gotten in the habit of hitting the "Reset Monitor" button to clear the monitor LUTs before I start the calibration process.
You mentioned about CED achieving a "lower DeltaE". Again, to possibly restate the obvious, that isn't necessarily a measure of the ACCURACY of the display+profile, it's simply a "round trip" of the display profile comparing "expected" values to "actual" measured values....it's a bit like grading it's own test....but it's not a measure of absolute accuracy in terms of soft-proofing, etc. Having said that, I believe it's still useful as an internal check of the profile's "consistency".
