The 1DsII comes with the DC Coupler Kit, NC-E2 charger, and two NP-E3 batteries, both Canon brand, which hold their charge very well.
It comes with the Ec-S high-precision focus screen installed and the originally installed Ec-CIII focus screen on the side.
No warranty card/box/etc. since I bought this camera used.
