looking for a 3.5 mini plug to hotshoe for PW

Does anyone know where i can find those plugs that plug into a pack that has a hotshoe built in?
you use them as a tidy way to sit a pocketwizard on your pack. its literally a plug with a hotshoe, and holds the PW up without cables.
i saw them a while ago on ebay, but been searching lately and cant find them.

Clever idea...  this company could probably custom make it, they sell the PW Caddy
