I have had Genuine fractals 6 Professional  for 2 years and have had several issues OnOne tech support said they could not figure out. Every time I would get my cursor even near the Texture box and try to click on it I would get the spinning beach ball (Mac) and GF 6 would crash. I also had no tiling feature. I am editing in Lightroom 2.6 and opening GF within Lightroom. It then opens Gf6 using Photoshop.
This is the first time I noticed that when opening in Lightroom only the regular edition of GF 6 opens. (Thats the edition I am having all the problems). But if I go to the top in Photoshop and select Genuine Fractals it says Professional. Why am I getting two seperate versions based on loading through Lightroom or PS4 and also why wouldn't OnOne pick up on this from day one?
I plan to call them in the morning but in the meantime can anyone answer this strange behavior?

Still trouble shooting and fixed a couple of things. I downloaded the GF 6 Professional update and it fixed 2 things. The texture function now works and I also have GF 6 Professional in Lightroom. I also noticed Lightroom will only work in GF6 in 32 bits not 64. I changed it both ways several times and no visual differences. The only thing I still cannot access in Lightroom is the Tiling feature. If I load GF 6 through Photoshop I then have it. Not sure if what I have going on is normal but at least I think I am getting closer.
