iPad, first ad?
« on: January 28, 2010, 01:54:55 pm »

Any bets Apple has more than one iPad ad on Super Bowl Sunday?

Perhaps another iconic breaking through the herd type of message?

Can't believe they would miss this opportunity to keep the message going.

Regards,

Robert

Yes, they've put together a spectacular commercial urging customers to buy a Super Bowl Edition of the iPad configured with all the bells and whistles.  It's called the Max iPad.

Bill, that's way too funny, my girlfriend got a real laugh out of that. Kind of reminds me of a British software company that marketed a text editor back in the late 80's as a side product that one of their programmers wrote.  They were very proud of it - they called it ....."co-text."

Some things just don't cross the ocean well   .

It could become so popular that an old Thai favorite meal will be re-named Tha iPad in it’s honor.

But I hope not.

In defence of the British:  we don't name our towns in the rash way they do in Florida.
