borderless printing on z3100 and paper waste
« on: January 24, 2010, 10:15:42 am »

does anyone know how to stop this?

when i print borderless on the HP z3100 i am having issues with the printer cutting at the end of the print and then spitting out another two inches of paper and cutting again. is there some setting in the driver that can be turned off to effectively stop wasting 2 inches of paper with EVERY print? i'm printing from photoshop cs4 on a mac with leopard.

i have ticked the 'glossy media edge cut' to be NO.

thanks in advance,

Try adding 1/4" longer on the paper length!
