Caleb Larsen's artwork A Tool to Deceive and Slaughter places itself on eBay every 7 days - now that's a novel marketing and monetization idea. It's also probably the first artwork which comes with its own EULA...

Well conceived and certainly one of a kind, at least for now.  If smoke in a bottle and a chain letter had sex, this might be the offspring.  I think Marcel Duchamp would approve.
