Nice colours, exposure and composition, but not sure if the focusing works for me though

I notice that when it comes to frost, it often does not look like it's in focus. Some parts are definitely not, but even the parts that are have that same look. While the atmosphere is wonderful, I don't think the horizontal line in the background works with this image. It is too powerful and prominent at the expense of the flower and the delicacy of the frost.

Timo, I'm certainly one of your fans, but this one doesn't quite make it for me. As John pointed out, frost almost always seems out of focus, and I have a bad time with the color. I brought it down and converted it to monochrome, but that doesn't work either. All I can say is that you can't win 'em all. If I could have as high a ratio of hits as you have I'd be delighted.

I have to agree with John on the horizontal line. For me, it breaks the harmony of the image. I like the purple hues and the frost, though.
