Can someone tell me if this cable will work with the Mamiya ZD? ( not the back, the Mamiya Zd camera)

Yes it will work not only for the ZD camera but also for the AFD body.

Definitely will - I used it with ZD camera. FYI, it's a bit tricky how to insert it, but it goes in eventually:)
