I see lots of Remotes on ebay from wireless to wired pretty cheap. Anyone buy one, or try one?

I have bought several (wireless). Work great, break easily and certainly. Get several.

I've bought, too. Excellent but consumes an battery power.

working after 10days, receiver needed new battery. (about 8hour/day)

Check out Yongnuo on ebay. Good products. I have two wired units. One is the simple pushbutton. The other is like the Canon TC-series. Interval timer, long exposure timer etc. They also have wireless but I haven't tried those. Pick the ones for the Pentax series.

I got yongnuo wireless from ebay, so far so good

I have had 4 of the wireless in the last 2 years. The transmitter is the part that broke most of the time (3:1). Advantage is that the transceiver becomes a 'wired remote' when the transmitter fails.

I have had the Yong Nuo as well as another Chinese thing. I would also suggest the Yong Nuo as the one preferred. For the price you can not, not take them.
