Works good for me, especially the "highlight" from sun give the special touch to this photo !

Very nice...

I suspect that, if one needed to print it 24" * 36", 10kg of Medium Format Digital View Camera might have done a better job... but for it's weight and size the M9 is, I believe in a league of it's own.

I have a Leica D-lux 3 which I am thinking of changing for a D-lux 4 or an M9.

It’s a nice composition. The ice on the lake adds an unexpected and cool (in a positive figurative and literal sense) element.

The branch in the foreground absolutely makes the foreground.

I was also using a 1ds mk2 on this shoot,I must admit that I`m gettin tired of lugging all the wieght around every time I go out into the hills of North Wales.That`s why I`ve gone for the M9 and believe me you can print at A1 from the files with no loss of any detail.

I think that an M9 and a single lens would do very nicely for a whole heap of work!
