You have to be OK with shipping to an FPO address, which needs a customs declaration form but costs about the same as shipping to anywhere else in California. Just take a look at my feedback on Fred Miranda forums (under the same name) if you're worried about the FPO shipping Also, I prefer Paypal.
Finally, I have an EF 50mm f/1.4 USM lens and an EF 85mm f/1.2L USM (original) lens available if you'd like to make a trade. Otherwise, I can just straight up buy the lenses.
