Had the same problem with mine about 4 months ago, printer is around 5 years old with light use, seems okay now. There is a large, wide fibre wheel that seems to have a flat side on it in the paper stack shoot, it is on the right hand side if you look at the printer. This seems to pull the paper into the the printer by gripping the surface of the paper. Mine was covered with paper particles and would not grip the paper, giving the no paper warning. Cleaned it up and it has worked well, touch wood.
