Or, if you are interested in Camera Raw only, you could look at the LuLa tutorial on using ACR with PSCS3 and the update for PSCS4, buth by Reichman and Schewe. I have all of these and also recommend them highly.

Julianne Kost has some free stuff dealing with PS and ACR on the Adobe web site.
