Not sure what to do with this one. First off, I like the complexity of the composition: the placement of the boat in the frame creates a "rule of thirds" with a central horizon, implied by the boats reflection. The blurrieness of that reflection plus the background true horizon add a bit of tension.
Howerver, I can't decide what I think of the adjacent boat and the mast, top right. Also, the use of vertical and slightly off vertical lines creates more tension. Regardless, you've certainly put together some food for thought here.
