The last is very pretty. Nice colors and composition. I don't like the vignetting on any of these. I find that it detracts from the photos.

Wow, that is kinda my signature and something that I do to all my photos to frame them and give ma a place to put my signature. Maybe I will try something else for a while.

Hi Jan:  Welcome to the list!  I'm with Sharon here.  The last one is pretty good, but I'd do w/o the vignette.  Once in a while it can be well used, but overused it becomes shtick.  Like the fairy in the third one too.

Mike.

I think the first 3 are very static and not well composed. There is little to keep my interest. None of them is sharp. The 4th scene does have a potential as strong colours go along way. I'd suggest you stay away from controversial framing. Your work should be recognizable on merits not on on gimmicks. Hope I am not being too hard. Keep it up. It takes time and hard work. Daniel :-)

I'm confused on the not well composed part. I think that they follow the rule of three very well. Did I miss something?

I have to agree that the first three have a lower dynamic range and not much movement, i.e. a bit too static. The fourth one has a good color range and better contrast in textures. I have to think too hard about the three's in the first few.
