When new version of Photoshop

I am currently running LR 2.5 and PS CS3. I'm considering upgrading to CS4 of PS, but don't want to upgrade shortly before a CS5 (or whatever) is released.

Does anyone have any insight as to wheter and/or when a new version of PS is likely?

Photoshop, on average over almost 20 years is upgraded every 18 months...CS4 came out Oct 2008...do the math.
