Topic: LR crashing when trying to print in 64bit (Read 2484 times)

Can anyone shed some light on why when running Lightroom 2.5 in 64bit under 10.6.2 whenever I hit the Print button (in the Print Module) LR crashes? This only happens when using my iPF5100. If I send the job to my Pro9000 it is fine. Likewise no problems if I boot LR in 32bit mode - it then prints to the iPF5100 with no problems.

The iPF5100 Driver is v2.13 and the Firmware v1.38.

maybe the 5100 driver is 32bit only whereas the 9000 is a 'fat' driver w/ both 32 and 64.

No the new Canon iPF drivers are 64bit....

Still crashing after reinstalling 10.6.2 on a new HD. LR 3 beta does the same!

Just to recap. After I click on the Print button at the bottom of the Print Module there is 1-2 seconds of TSBOD then the crash. No problems if LR is in 32bit. Only happens when printing to my iPF5100.

The iPF5100 Driver is v2.13 and the Firmware v1.38.
OS 10.6.2
