Was doing some picture frame CAD and thought this one looked rather nice. Was lucky enough to get some lenticulars in those luminous blue moments just after sunset. Perhaps a little drab on the screen but plenty of nice modeling in the full size print especially on the foliage.
Single row pano about 60 megapixels, the light was changing too fast for a multi-row. This is the best pick out of 990 individual exposures made within 40 shutter-smokin' minutes that evening, the HDR pano sets just before and just after are nowhere near as good.
Coated canvas on Gatorfoam, 29 x 63 inches, total classic look. Trust me it will sell, did you know there are surprising numbers of people who like blue-toned landscapes? True story.
There were several picture takers present 15 minutes earlier, but they all packed up and left the instant the sunlight was off the trees. Which of course led me to feel unbearably superior for close to an hour.
This is the Rio Grande just outside Albuquerque. You know the best thing about all this stuff is that it gets me out to places like this at sunset, and to think I used to watch the news and eat dinner while all this was going on, a life squandered.
