Josh,
I like it a lot. The exposure time is just right. It doesn't turn the water into a hazzy substance. One might argue that the left and right sides of the distant shore are a bit dark but in fact it doesn't bother me at all as my eyes tend to stay glued to the "crescent" shaped foreground and the rocks in the center of the image.

It's a fine image Josh.  I'm a sucker for longer exposuresthat create the haze and fog, but your exposure as-is works well.  There's a nice flow to your composition.  Excellent work!
