HP Z3100 Error Code 79:03

Calibrating HP Textured Fine Art the whole calibration runs and after scanning the paper there is an error message at the panel that the calibration has failed.

In the Service Log of the Z3100 there is the following error code:
Severity: advisory     
Error Code: 79:03   
Internal Code: 335609857
F/W Version: TR12-TR_7.0.0.3
Media Usage: 15.399323

Who has some hints, please?

Question: platform, Operating system, etc.

The paper calibration works now after doing a Color Sensor (ESP) Calibration from the Service Calibration menu, see page 5-19 in the "Z2100_Z3100_service manual.pdf"

My platform is Win XP SP3 with a network connection to the printer, but the paper calibration is related to the printer, so the platform shouldn't be important.
However, it works - so let's print!!!
