Phase one 645DF price tag?
« on: October 17, 2009, 05:30:42 am »

Hello!

Can't find any information on prices on a Phase one 645DF? I'm wondering how much an camera body, a deacent back and a normal lens with leaf shutter would cost. Thanks for any information!

I just thought I picked up (in the other thread about the AptusII 5) 8000euros for a AptusII 5 with 645DF & 80LS which I think is a pretty good price. The body itself I believe to be horribly overpriced but combined with the Aptus it doesn't seem to be so bad anymore.

As the prices begin to creep upwards for the Mamiya/Phase option, it'll be interesting to see how they hold their own, compared to Hasselblad H. To me, it was a good bit "price" that motivated people towards Mamiya; not quality. So when the price is almost equal, can they hold their own?

The fact that 645DF (Phase One or Mamiya) can be purchased on its own (i.e. not as a camera system with a back) and its compatibility with older/ other digital backs must have an added value to some.
