« on: October 12, 2009, 12:57:35 pm »

cant seem to find details of what the 4.8.3 release amounts to.
besides a couple of new cameras being added, can Doug/ anyone perhaps enlighten me what the P65+ and P40+ improvements are?

4.8.3 was a pretty small release for most users. See: http://www.captureintegration.com/2009/09/...4-8-3-released/

40+ and 65+ quality improvements mostly related to long exposures.

Isn't the only version that works with OSX SNOW the 4.8.3 version? If so that is a pretty big and important update for Snow users...?

True, but hopefully most users are refraining from Snow Leopard for at least another few weeks. At least those in production environments producing work on deadlines.

I've been pretty surprised by the low number of SL related issues, but they ARE there and there will be far less for those who wait until 10.6.2 or 10.6.3.
