Saving calibration profile for 2nd monitor
« on: October 10, 2009, 10:34:37 am »

I received my HP lp2475w monitor, followed the quick set-up, clocked and clock phased correctly, and then ran the eye1display3 calibration protocol.
When I had the 1 laptop screen the profile was saved and associated automatically.
I added my new screen as the "plug and play" optional monitor in my display settings and ran the calibration.
The final right arrow click that used to save the profile now brings up an error message stating the monitor cannot be associated with the profile, and makes me save the profile manually to the color folder, where it resides and does nothing apparently.
So, I'd like to associate the profile with my second monitor.
I disabled the laptop monitor from the settings panel, clicked on add profile to each 1 at a tme etc.
I've tried really quite a few settings from my graphics card menu, and still no love.
Do any of you have any suggestions?
I do appreciate it,
Thank you,
Rocco
